These programs generate the results in Chapter 4 (Mixed Logit models):

To start, save the program <fusion26093_5_randnormal.sas> to a folder of your choosing and note that folder.
This program contains the SAS MACRO code for drawing from a multivariate normal.

1) Run all of the models using the RPL_ALL SPECIES (1).SAS program.
Make sure the data sets are in the appropriate folder and the libname is changed accordingly.
2) Programs KRINSKYROBB_CL_<SPECIES> <2a-2d>.SAS take the Krinsky and Robb draws for each
specie/ conditional logit model and calculate the mean WTP and 95% confidence intervals and
saves the draws to the appropriate data set. In each program, change the pointer in the first
line to the folder where <fusion26093_5_randnormal.sas> is saved.
3) Programs KRINSKYROBB__ML_NORM_<SPECIES> <2a-2d>.SAS take the Krinsky and Robb draws for each
specie/ normally mixed logit model and calculate the mean WTP and 95% confidence intervals and
saves the draws to the appropriate data set. In each program, change the pointer in the first
line to the folder where <fusion26093_5_randnormal.sas> is saved.
4) Programs KRINSKYROBB__ML_UNI_<SPECIES> <2a-2d>.SAS take the Krinsky and Robb draws for each
specie/ uniformly mixed logit model and calculate the mean WTP and 95% confidence intervals and
saves the draws to the appropriate data set. In each program, change the pointer in the first line
to the folder where <fusion26093_5_randnormal.sas> is saved.
5) Program RMSE CALCULATION.SAS calculates the root mean squared prediction error for each model.
Run the program once for each model changing the data set storing the model output data sets accordingly.
